Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and cancellations may sometimes be necessary.

If you need to cancel a purchase, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the timing of your cancellation we may be able to cancel without any charges.

If your item has already been dispatched, we are unable to step in during the shipping process, it would then be treated as a return and would be a small charge.
